● Product Description
Xylanase Feed Enzyme Banner
Xylanase Enzyme for Animal Feed

(Broiler, Layer, Breeder, Duck, Pigs, Ruminants and so on)

Produced through fermentation by the Trichoderma longibrachiatum strain, this xylanase contains endo-xylanase, exo-xylanase, and β-xylosidase. It rapidly reduces chyme viscosity, releases xylose, and improves the thorough degradation rate of substrates. It is particularly suitable for Wheat and Barley type feeds, enhancing intestinal health and feed efficiency.

By effectively degrading NSPs, this product helps to improve average daily gain (ADG), enhance feed conversion ratio (FCR), and reduce wet litter and fecal odor.

Activity Range
FORM ACTIVITY
Powder50,000U/G-1,000,000U/G
Granule10,000U/G-20,000U/G
Liquid100,000U/G-200,000U/G
Definition of Activity: One unit of enzyme activity (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to degrade and release 1μmol reducing sugar from 5 mg/mL xylan solution per minute at 37℃ and pH 5.5.
Our Advantage:
1) Endo-xylanase + Exo-xylanase system improves efficiency: rapid breakdown and deep degradation of arabinoxylans.
2) Rapid-acting mechanism: High activity + Fast dissolution + Intestinal adaptability.
3) High-Temperature Resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the main benefit of using Xylanase in animal feed?
It primarily degrades Non-Starch Polysaccharides (NSPs), reduces intestinal viscosity, and improves nutrient digestion and absorption efficiency.
Q2: Which animal species can use this enzyme?
This product is suitable for a wide range of livestock including broilers, layers, breeders, ducks, pigs, and ruminants.
Q3: How stable is the enzyme during high-temperature feed pelleting?
Our Xylanase is thermally stable and can withstand processing temperatures up to 85-90°C.
Q4: What is the recommended dosage for various feeds?
The general dosage is between 100 to 500 grams per ton of feed, though it should be adjusted based on the specific feed formulation.
Q5: How should the product be stored to maintain activity?
It should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The package must be resealed tightly after every use to prevent moisture absorption.
Q6: What is the shelf life of this product?
When stored under recommended conditions, the enzyme remains stable for 18 months from the date of manufacture.
