Mycoprotein, also known as glutamic acid residue or bacterial protein, is the residue from the extraction of monosodium glutamate, with a high protein content of 70%-75%. The protein in it is basically amino acids, with an amino acid content of 65% and a threonine content of 12%-13%, and contains a large number of live bacteria, including probiotics.

Experiments showed that adding mycoprotein can greatly reduce the risk of animal disease outbreak and mortality. For aquatic animals, it reduces rotten mouth, gills, and intestines due to its natural anti-inflammatory live bacteria, promoting faster growth and more delicious meat.
