Incinerators use high-temperature combustion to break down organic matter in garbage into ash and flue gas. The flue gas is kept above 850°C for more than two seconds to break down dioxins. A purification system ensures exhaust gas meets standards, and the ash is treated and then landfilled.
Our waste incinerator adopts advanced technology: First furnace pyrolysis gasification & surround wind con-firing + secondary furnace reburning till burn-out + flue gas purification system. The incinerator can reduce waste volume by 95-96%. The highest temperature of incinerator running can reach 1200ºC, which achieves sterilization and disinfection. There will be no smoke, no smell, and no pollution after burning.
