Production Process:
It usually goes through several steps such as peeling, soaking, grinding, separation, homogenization, sterilization, concentration, spray drying, etc. For example, soybeans are first soaked in water at 8 to 10 degrees Celsius for about 16 hours to make them expand. Then they are ground, separated to remove the residue, and made into soy milk. After that, they go through operations such as boiling, concentration, and spray drying. Finally, a layer of soy lecithin oil is sprayed on the surface of the soy powder to improve its quick-dissolving property.

It is rich in plant protein and contains various essential amino acids for the human body.
