Mycoprotein, also known as glutamic acid residue or bacterial protein, is the high-quality residue derived from the extraction of monosodium glutamate. It boasts a protein content of 70%-75%, primarily consisting of essential amino acids (65% content) and significant threonine (12%-13%).
