The MJN Series Tunnel Type (Mesh Belt) Quick-Freezing Equipment is a new-generation individual quick-freezing (IQF) device with higher efficiency. It can be widely used for individual or tray-mounted freezing of food products such as aquatic products and meat. It is particularly suitable for direct bare freezing of individual products like shrimp, shrimp meat, and shellfish.

Wind Field Optimization: The wind field is arranged in a fully balanced manner, with high-pressure areas completely surrounding the conveyor belt. Both sides of the warehouse body serve as air return areas, and buffer zones are installed at both ends to completely prevent cold air leakage.
Freezing Method: High-pressure cold air is injected onto the surface of food products at an extremely high speed through spray holes. This shortens freezing time by more than 30% and reduces dry loss by 50%.
