The thread rolling machine is a multifunctional cold extrusion forming machine tool. It can perform thread, straight and diagonal rolling on workpieces in a cold state within its pressure range. It is suitable for rolling spur gears, helical gears, and helical spline gears, as well as straightening and forming operations.
The machine body is made of HT250 integral casting. Fixed and movable roller press seats use QT450 integral casting. The transmission system uses large modulus spur and helical gears to ensure sufficient torque and stability.
