The YPG series is an advanced apparatus capable of finishing drying and granulating simultaneously. By adjusting the pressure flow and the size of the atomizing hole, users can obtain specific ball granules with defined sizes and ratios according to process requirements.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure system, atomized into small drops, and then merged with hot air. Most powder materials are collected through the bottom outlet, while fine particles are separated via a cyclone system. The recovery ratio typically reaches 96%-98%.
Liquid material is sent into the pressure atomizer through high pressure (2-20 MPa). Once atomized into small droplets, the surface area increases significantly. Upon contact with hot air, the drying process completes rapidly, resulting in finished powder or fine particles.

Chemical Industry: Resins, detergents, dyes, white carbon black, and catalysts.
Food Industry: Amino acids, condiments, proteins, starch, and dairy products.
Pharmaceuticals: Antibiotics, pharmaceutical granules, and Chinese patent medicines.
Ceramics & Others: Magnesium oxide, porcelain clay, fertilizers, and paraffin.

Pre-sale: Technical requirements consultation and face-to-face communication.
