Summer Treat - Decadent Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

For everyone like me who both love ice cream and chocolate, this vegan recipe is exactly what you need!

Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream


  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • 200gr of plant-based milk

  • 30gr of cacao powder

  • 80gr of sugar or maple syrup

  • 10gr of corn starch


Put the coconut milk and the plant-based milk into a saucepan and put on the heat. Whisk well the cacao powder, the sugar, and the corn starch on the preparation. The ice cream should thick slowly.

Once ready, place in the freezer for about 5 hours.

Note: remove the bowl from the freezer about 20 minutes before tasting.
