Vegan Banana Bread


Ingredients for one banana bread


  • 80gr of ground almond

  • 120gr of oat flour or any flour

  • 15gr flaxseeds

  • 4gr of baking powder

  • 2 pinch of salt

  • 3gr of cinnamon

  • 35gr of plant-based butter (I am using almond butter or peanut butter)

  • 50gr of maple syrup or xylitol

  • 85gr of plant-based yoghurt

  • 3 ripe banana

  • Chocolate chips or walnut, peanuts....(optional)


Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Mix together the flour, ground almond, flaxseeds,baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.


In another bowl, mix the plant-based butter and the maple syrup or the sugar. Mash the banana until almost smooth. Add the banana to the preparation. Add the dry ingredients (four, ground almond, flaxseeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt preparation). Stir well until it is consistent.


Add the yoghurt, some chocolate chips, and whip again.


Lightly spray a baking pan and add baking paper to avoid the cake sticking to the pan.

Spoon the dough into the baking pan. Add the rest of the chocolate chips or other toppings at the top. Put in the oven for 45 minutes.


You can eat this banana bread as it is or with jam or chocolate spread for an extra sweet treat.
