Vegan Vanilla Chia Pudding with berries (VG, GF)
Ingredients for 1 person
80ml of sweetened plant-based milk
3 teaspoons of chia seeds
1/5 of vanilla pod
In a small bowl, mix together the seeds of the vanilla pods, the milk and the chia seeds. Mix for about 1 minute.
Set aside for 10 minutes in the fridge.
Then mix again to combine all the ingredients.
Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with berries on top.
