Vegan Vanilla Chia Pudding with berries (VG, GF)

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 80ml of sweetened plant-based milk

  • 3 teaspoons of chia seeds

  • Berries

  • 1/5 of vanilla pod


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the seeds of the vanilla pods, the milk and the chia seeds. Mix for about 1 minute.

  2. Set aside for 10 minutes in the fridge.

  3. Then mix again to combine all the ingredients.

  4. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  5. Serve with berries on top.
