Soba Noodles with carrots and peas in soy and tomato sauce

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 60g of soba noodles

  • Half onion

  • 1 big tomato

  • 2 carrots

  • 80g of peas

  • 3g of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of tomato purée

  • Garlic, turmeric

  • Sesame seeds


  1. Place the olive oil in a pan along with the chopped onion on medium heat.

  2. Add the carrots, tomato chopped and peas. Then add the 2 pinches of garlic, and of turmeric.

  3. Continue to cook on medium heat.

  4. In a small casserole, cook the soba noodles according to the instructions on the package.

  5. Once the noodles are ready, add them to the vegetable mix.

  6. Cook until the vegetables are tender enough for you.

  7. Then add 4 tablespoons of water, the soy sauce and the tomato purée.

  8. Mix the preparation for 2 minutes et place it on a plate.

  9. Add some sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
