Vegan Double Chocolate Cookies

If you are missing chocolate, this is definitly THE recipe you need to try ! These double chocolate cookies are just delicious and it is vegan !
Vegan Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients for about 15 cookies :
60gr of coconul oil or plant-based butter
20gr of cane sugar
60gr of coconut milk
34gr of maple syrup
220gr of all purpose flour
1 spoon of baking powder
70gr of dark chocolate
150gr of chocolate chips or walnut, hazelnuts...
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Whisk together the coconut oil the brown sugar and beating until well combined.
Add in the coconut milk, the maple syrup, whisk until well combined, set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour baking powder. Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stir until you have a smooth dough. Add the chocolate chips and combine them.
Take two baking trays and put some baking paper on it.
When it is ready roll out the dough to form cookies balls as in the picture below. Of course, you can make whatever size you like but you might have to adjust the cooking duration.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool cookies on the baking trays for 15min before transferring them to a cooling rank.
