Oat and Buckwheat Loaf

Oat and Buckwheat loaf

This is a very easy loaf recipe, simple but soo good! I am used to adding a lot of seeds in it but feel free to be creative and to add whatever you want!

Ingredients for one loaf :

  • 200gr of bread brown flour

  • 150gr of oat

  • 100gr of buckwheat flour

  • 7gr of yeast

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Flaxseeds, chia seeds, nuts, oats for the toppings

Preheat the oven at 220 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the bread brown flour, the buckwheat flour, the oats, and the salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, warm 400gr of water, add the yeast and set aside for 15 minutes to activate the yeast. Once ready, add to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The dough should be a bit sticky.

Take a loaf pan, put the dough on it and add your toppings.

Place in the oven for about 35 minutes. The bread should be golden.

Once ready, cool it off out of the oven.

I love eating the bread when it is just out of the oven and still a bit warm. But you can also take a slice and adding butter and jam on it, it is delicious!
