Vegan Almond milk
200g to 250g of almonds
1 litre of water
Soak the almonds overnight in a bowl of water.
Put the almonds in a blender and add the water.
Blend until you get a homogeneous texture.
Verse into a sealed bottle
You can filter the milk if you prefer to have a smooth texture.
Keep the milk in the fridge for 4 days maximum.
