Hazelnut Apple Crumble (VG, GF, sugar-free)
Ingredients for 4 people
60g of ground hazelnut
60g of oat
30g of hazelnut butter
15g of hazelnut milk
150g of blueberry
Maple syrup (optional)
Peel and cut the apples and put them on medium heat in a pan with some water and cinnamon. Cook for about 15min.
Put the blueberries in a bowl and place the bowl in the microwave for 3 min until you get a sweety compote.
In a small bowl, mix the ground hazelnut, oat flour, and hazelnut butter until you get a crumbly mix. Add the plant-based milk and mix again.
Place some apples and blueberry compote on a small tin. Add some crumble on top and some chopped hazelnut (optional)
Cook at 180 degrees for about 20min. Serve hot or cold.
You can also do the same recipe by switching hazelnut with almonds. In that case, just use ground almond, almond milk and almond butter. If the crumble is not sweety enough, add some maple syrup on top before serving.
