Vegan Flourless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients for a 15cm cake
200g of dark chocolate
100g of almond butter or peanut butter
200ml of unsweetened almond milk
80g of xylitol (or any type of sugar)
3 tablespoons of linseeds
Preheat the oven at 150 degrees
In a bowl, mix the linseeds with 8 tablespoons of water. Leave it for 10 minutes
Grease a cake pan or cover with baking paper.
Melt the chocolate with the almond butter in a double boiler
In another bowl, combine the sugar with the linseeds mix. Add the melted chocolate/butter preparation.
Mix well to have a homogenous preparation.
Add progressively the almond milk and mix well.
Once you have a smooth texture, pour it into a cake pan.
Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes (to have a very fondant cake) or up to 45 minutes to have more density.
