If you are craving chocolate, you are at the right place. This flourless chocolate cake is amazing with a nice texture and so comforting. Moreover, it is a very easy recipe and you only need 5 ingredients to make it. So why not try this vegan recipe this weekend?

Vegan Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients for a 15cm cake

  • 200g of dark chocolate

  • 100g of almond butter or peanut butter

  • 200ml of unsweetened almond milk

  • 80g of xylitol (or any type of sugar)

  • 3 tablespoons of linseeds


  1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees

  2. In a bowl, mix the linseeds with 8 tablespoons of water. Leave it for 10 minutes

  3. Grease a cake pan or cover with baking paper.

  4. Melt the chocolate with the almond butter in a double boiler

  5. In another bowl, combine the sugar with the linseeds mix. Add the melted chocolate/butter preparation.

  6. Mix well to have a homogenous preparation.

  7. Add progressively the almond milk and mix well.

  8. Once you have a smooth texture, pour it into a cake pan.

  9. Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes (to have a very fondant cake) or up to 45 minutes to have more density.
