Is the Nutrition plan for me?

The Nutrition Plans have been designed for people who want to green u their diet, become vegetarian, vegan or simply find a healthy, green and sustainable diet. Please note people with health conditions should not subscribe to the Nutrition Plan as it is not tailored to their conditions or health issues. Please refer to a GP before making any change to your diet. 

I have a medical condition, may I join the nutrition plan?

Unfortunately, the Nutrition Plans is not tailored to manage specific health and medical conditions. Please refer to your GP or doctor if you are in this situation. Don't hesitate to contact us at lena@lenanutrition.com if you have any questions. 

I have many goals, how can this be included in my nutrition plan?

After your subscription, you will receive a questionnaire asking you for more information about yourself, and your goals. This information will help Lena, your plant-based Dietitian and Coach designing a Nutrition strategy and timeline for you to reach your goals. 

I'm not sure I can commit to do regular progress during a few months. 

We understand you can be busy and that's totally fine. Your nutrition strategy and timeline will be also designed according to your availabilities. And if you need more time to make a change in your diet, simply ask us and we will make an update.
 

How long will it take to achieve my goals?

We can't tell you before your subscription how long it will take for you to reach your objectives as it will depend on your current situation, motivation, and availability to follow this Nutrition Plan. Usually, people are making changes over a period of 4 months as it takes some time to build healthy and sustainable habits for life. After the subscription, your dietitian will send you your timeline. 

NUTRITION PLAN

What's included in my Nutrition Plan?

Thanks to the information in your initial questionnaire, your plant-based dietitian will send you a high-level plan on which changes you will make over the next weeks. You will also have a timeline to track your progress and estimate when you may reach your goal.

I want to start cooking plant-based meals, how can you help me?

If you have any questions related to plant-based cooking or baking, feel free to send them to the private Facebook group. As part of your subscription, you will also access key recipes for lunch, breakfast or dessert so feel free to use them to start cooking delicious meals. 

GROUP SUPPORT

I have questions, how can I ask them?

You can ask all your questions on the Private Facebook group that you will be joining as part of your subscription. Your questions can be answered by the dietitian or by other members depending on the topic.

Will I be able to interact with other members?

Of course! As part of your subscription, you will have access to the Private Facebook Group where you can exchange with other members on your journey, challenges and celebrate your success. 

CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL

I want to cancel my subscription, how should I do? 

You can cancel your subscription at any time by using one of these two processes.

1. You can log in to your member area on lenanutrition.com and cancel your subscription. Just go on the tab "My subscription" then click on cancel your plan.

2. Alternatively, you can also send us an email at lena@lenanutrition.com. However, please give us at least 72 hours notice so we can process your request. We shall not be responsible if the notice is not respected and your subscription has been renewed in the meantime. 

Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Yes, your monthly subscription to the nutrition plan will be automatically renewed for one additional month, every month. There is nothing to do, the renewal is automatic. If you don't need our services, just send us an email to lena@lenanutrition.com with at least 72 hours notice so we can cancel your plan.

What happens if I don't have time to follow the assignments one week?

We understand you can be busy, need more time time to make a change in your diet or be a bit behind where you wanted to be. In that case, please contact us at lena@lenanutrition.com and request a change in the timeline. Your plant-based dietitian will change your timeline and adjust your goals accordingly. 

You can request up to 2 changes without any cost.

Are you providing meal plans? 

Meal plans are not included in the Nutrition Plan subscription. However, during the course of your subscription, you may receive plant-based recipes for breakfast, lunch or dessert that you can start using on a regular basis or adapt for your meals. 

What is the purpose of the weekly live Q&A? 

The purpose of the weekly live is for you to directly ask your questions to your dietitian regarding the changes you are making to your diet, ask for tips and advice for plant-based cooking and baking or ask questions about the subscription etc. 

I can't join a live session, what should I do?

There is no obligation to join or participate to live sessions. If you can't attend one session, it is absolutely fine. We will try to record live sessions when possible but this might not be the case at all times if we are experiencing technical issues. 

What happens once I cancel my subscription?

Once your plan is cancelled, you will lose access to the Private Facebook group, live sessions and also to your dietitian. You can keep all your information received, as long as you keep them secure, confidential and do not share them with third parties. 

When may I cancel my subscription? 

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation is immediate if you are cancelling you plan yourself on your member area. 

However, if you want to cancel your subscription by sending us an email, please give us at least 72 hours notice before requesting the cancellation so we can process your request. We shall not be responsible if the notice is not respected and your subscription has been renewed in the meantime. 

I have reach my goal but still want support, may I keep my subscription?

It is totally fine. Even if you reach your goal, you can keep your subscription so you can continue to ask questions, attend live Q&A and exchange with other members.
